I would say yes, that can be pretty nasty. The only weaknesses would be Sylvaneth and their line of sight blocking woods, or any terrain blocking LOS; also the Idoneth have an armywide rule you have to target the closest unit, so that could pose some problems. But Stormcast have a whole bunch of great options, battalions, subfactions, they're quite strong and give me a beating almost every time and every type army they throw at me.
