Well, I'd take the first list.
It provides both fire power and fast moving units.
But I'd replace Eldrad by a Jetseer.

Thank you for the feedback! Do you feel I should try to do something for some wave serpeants to hide the reapers in turn 1, or do you feel using fire and fade should do well enough?

Well, I mount my DRs (2x 5 men) always in a Serpent if there is a chance that the enemy can shoot them.

I see. Do you find the output of the two 5 man squads to be still fairly well? My last game I took a squad of 9 (exarch having the tempest launcher) and generally they killed 1.5 massive squads of genestealers before getting ambushed to death by abamanents. I only ask because this list was my first splitting them, but I still tried to make them large (I own 15) but if 2x 5 man squads are still getting the job done then I can save points. (Their damn expensive, rightfully so. Only unit I feel bad for points cost wise is shining Spears, as their point cost makes them almost only viable in ynnari over strictly Craftworlds imo)

Well, I use 2x5 DRs because as you said they are rather expensive.
Sometimes my Autarch on jet bike is quite close so that they can benefit from path of the command. Mostly in the early game but not in the endgame.

Hey the Harlequins can’t be ynarri unless you have one of the 3 ynarri characters. I agree with the Farseer on bike instead of Eldrad but I do think he’s more useful when you have the shining spears.
I think the starweavers are great but imo the zephyrglaives are a waste of points at strength 4. If you took them off, you’d have about 45 points which is enough points for a warlock for buffing

Well, I cannot imagine Storm Guardians to FoF on the battle field.
I'd take 20 Guardian Defenders and let them deep strike with the strategem, and 2x5 Rangers for objective baby sitting.

The main plan for them was to use them as a screen for deepstrikers or any cult ambushes, trust me I love nothing more than a 20 man blob of defenders with 2 catapults to ruin someone’s day
