I'm Going To Start A Black Crusade Campaign Soon For Some Friends Of Mine That Are Completely New To 40k, But There Is One Problem I'm Having At The Moment, I'm Going To Allow (Once They Reach The Appropriate Infamy.) To Recruit Cult-Marines As Elite Troops For Them To Command For When They Have Their Own Warband But, How Would I Deal With The Problem Of Infighting Between Cult-Marines Of Opposing Chaos Gods, Such As Khornate Berserkers And Noise Marines, That Will Allow The Player To Keep Both Groups, Any Ideas?

Your question is, "How do I deal with infighting?"

You kill someone when they start infighting. You do it brutally and in front of all the others.

If you kill them in a spectacular shower of gore and ultra-violence, that infighting will cease then and there.

If you do it to several guys- perhaps a few at random- that infighting will seem like a terrible idea to everyone in your merry band of heretics for the foreseeable future.

Welcome to Chaos.

I would suggest letting the players answer that question for you when the time comes. It's not in their interest to let their new warriors kill each other. Have them come up with a solution and roll with it. It gives the player characters more autonomy and it doesn't throw your plans into disarray.

For instance the Khorne character could of course kill one of the berserkers to assert his authority, but a tzeentch player could tempt an aspiring sorcerer with the true name of a demon or some tome of lore (said champion doesn't even need to have it if they're good enough at lying).

It is an issue but I think it's better to let your players struggle with that issue rather than making it work on your own.

Damn, is Jayden Smith posting on Dakka?

Generally the individual warbands will keep themselves in line to a degree, esp in a Black Crusade where Abaddon has ultimate command. Although there is sabre rattling and infighting when they all get together (Lords of Silence shows this brilliantly in a scene) it is all put to one side for a common goal.

Although they will keep away from one another- Khorne hates Slaanesh and Nurgle hates Tzeentch.
