I need some advice on what's better to take with large blobs of pox walkers. Either Tally man with his re-rolls to hit or Foul Blightspawn with his revolting stench making units who charged go last in the fight phase? Additionally, the blight spawn also has his awesome plague spewer too.

Tallyman will give you more for your money with poxwalkers. Foul blightspawn aura is dope, but his weapon is the real steal.

Why not both? Tallyman is fairly cheap and blightspawn is amazing.

I say foul AND biologus, Tallyman is not so useful in my opinion.

8 marine + foul + biologus in a Rhino: you get off, fire the amazing foul's gun, fire a blight bombardment to do 30 s4 shots plus 5 mortal wounds, then you simply wait for the charge to do another 5 mortal wounds.
If you park the rhino wisely you can use cloud of flies on the marines and avoid to get the return fire.
