Hi there, new to the forum so thought i should introduce myself. I'm new to the hobby itself and am currently painting a Blood Angels army before venturing to my local club to convince someone to show me the ropes (It's been a year so far and I keep getting distracted by other minis I want to paint). The army is close to completion and by way of introduction I have posted my latest HQ, Mephiston, to the gallery (I can't link to an image on my first post but it's there under my username I guess). Anyway, I look forward to joining in here and getting lots of inspiration and motivation!

Welcome I’ve just returned to the hobby after years of not playing. Blood Angels is a great choice is it Primaris or mini marines?
I like the paint job you’ve done on you’re model.
I play Adeptus Custodes,Black Legion and am just starting my new Primaris chapter just got to decide between Imperial Fists, Blood Angels,Ultramarines or Crimson Fists.

I have a unit of Primaris in there, but it's mostly standard marines. I chose based on aesthetics really and I love the sort of Renaissance vibe of the Blood Angels. I don't rule out putting some more of the new guys in there eventually though but I think that GW needs to do a bit more to make different Primaris chapters more distinctive at the moment.
