Tech-Priest Six-Nil-Six is a model by Hitech Miniatures. I modified this model slightly, by extending the arms by about a 1/5 inch. I used a Kataphron melee arm part and greenstuff with a paperclip respectively.
Hitech Miniatures are modelled old school style in greenstuff, cast in silicone and sold as resin models. The models are good value for money, fun to build and look interesting. They do tend to have thicker parts than we are used to from GW though.
If you pay attention to the wings, you'll notice that they are quite thick and flat on the top. I tried to hide this a bit by painting a black stripe on their top edge.
The model is delivered with a resin base with a gear motiv - in addition to the gear the model stands on. Since he is already quite tall, I put him on a regular 50mm base to match the regular Tech-Priest Dominus in 40K.

Spoiler:

Tech-Priest Manipulus comes with the Mechanicus Kill Team set. He's also on a 50mm base.

What do you think of the results? =]

Certainly interesting. HiTech's proportions I'm never quite sure about. Probably need to hold one of their figures in my hand to really make up my mind. Great painting!

My tech-priests just took delivery of a freshly lobotomized batch of servitors.

These are 3D printed based on STLs from Red-Warden Miniatues, which are sold at cults-3D.

When I saw a render of these minis the other day, I was delighted and had to have them. Due to the amount of alternate arm/weapon bits provided and the option to mirror a model in the slicer, I was able to push these four bodies further than I initially thought.

I'm now definitely able to field more servitors than I will usually need and can mix and match the optional heavy weapons as needed, as long as I'm not trying to field four units of four.

Back to Adeptus Titanicus I go! =]

Nice to see some more variety for servitors and they're a cool design too.

Ask yourself: have you rated a gallery image today?
