Over there... no, wait, AARGH!

I was wondering if anyone had any info on some sort of Kroot military organization. It seems odd to me that there's no rules for any squad level leader... after all, Shapers are more like tribal elders than a Kroot equivalent to a Shas'ui or Marine Sergeant, there'd probably be one to every hundred Kroot or so (though the army list allows 5, with only 45 normal Kroot in a standard mission!), so despite the absence of rules I wondered if there was any fluff going around on some sort of Kroot ranking system or chain of command, or if it was just a case of "it's meat, let's eat!"

Ha ha, yeah that's what I thought but figured there's got to be some sort of social structure, even if it's an Orkish "I'm bigger than you" attitude. Then again... maybe Kroot just like to eat, and don't need a sergeant/nob/exarch to tell them to do it!

I think each squad represents the few warrior elite of their tribe, and the shaman goes with them, like a king going to war with his vassels.
