2,000 - and the Techmarines and Chronus (eventually) are theoretically foot marines. Checking the book for the actual Spear of Macragge - if duplicated exactly I'd guess closer to 10,000.

About the only thing I'd wish for - at least in a fun game if not some sort of organized play is an addition to Chronus "If Chronus is your warlord...." Rhinos/Razorbacks count as troops one some level i.e. capturing\contesting victory points etc.
