So i picked up the last box of Looncurse from local GW tonight.

I already have 10 Boingrot bounders built and a mangler. I think I'll use the other bounders as regular so that they can count as line (plus one large unit of gobbos and the herders).

Would it be best to go 1x10 boingrots, 1x10 bounders, or break them into 5s? I haven't played a game yet.

If 5s are best, 1x5 bounders, 3x5 boingrots?

I’d go boingrot bounderz because they seem better than the other kind, plus if your general is mounted on either a giant cave squid or a mangler, than you can have your squid herds as battleline.

So your box can be:
Loonboss General on Giant cave squig

Battle line:
2x6 squigherds

Others:
Either 2x5 or 10 boingerot bounderz

My question was really about whether a unit of 5 or unit of 10 is best in this game.

I’d go for 10

10 seems to be the butter zone from what I've seen.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.
