I like where you are going, but it won't end well.

Having 15 command points is awesome, but having 13 and better units is better. 3 squads of 5 stormboyz isnt going to kill units, one squad of 15 would. Same with the kommandos.

Go double battalion, swap out one unit of 5 traktors for 5 smasha gunz and use the remaining points to buy a warboss with kustom shoota and powerklaw. Combine the kommandos until 1 unit, same with the stormboyz. You will have the same model count+ a warboss, lose 2 CPS but your units now gain more when you use stratagems on them since using a stratagem on 15 models is better than on 5. You also won't need to worry about 5 model units getting wiped out to lucky overwatch when you charge.

Thank you for the advice but the MSU 5 man units are either screens or late game objective grabbers. Could change up the tankbustas though. The traktor cannons are golden I want 15 lol.

As a deathskull you should really look to capitalize on your rerolls. Think about getting rokkits and power claws in your boyz squads.You already have a 6++ and a KFF isn't going to cover the area you want so I'd swap it out for a warboss with killa claw, ideally on a bike. Just my thoughts on using deathskulls. I'd also look at making one of the boyz squad a shoota one to jump up and help clean screens.
