They come with 50mm bases, but comfortably fit on 40mm bases. They're no worse than the ogre or minotaur, I reckon. Here's the tallest one from the box mounted on a 40mm base. The other two are a head or two shorter:

I was thinking of using them for flesh golems. For the undead team.

I kitbashed one of Flesh Eater Crypt Horror into a werewolf for a Forge World Space Wolves Bran Redmaw.

I could have two crypt horrors as count as count as flesh golems. Use the Bran Redmaw and kitbash another wolf. And the rest of the models I need would come from two boxes of Champions of Death.
