Subject: Raisin' Da WAAAGH! - 6th Edition O&G Project
Since I've managed to get a few other projects out of the way for this year, my big summer project (at least, I'm starting it now and will probably be working on it through the summer and beyond) is an Orcs & Goblins army for 6th Edition.
I'm aim to be able to games between 1000 and 1999+1 points with some options. The ultimate goal would be to get a few people interested in running a Border Princes campaign using the Ravening Hordes army lists!
But for now, here's an overview of the WAAAGH!
Warboss Vagrud & Wumzod da’ Weird (Big Boss & Shaman)
Big Boss Uldoz (Battle Standard Bearer Big Boss)
Skizzit da' Dank & Leggit Shroomhed, and the Whirly Boyz (Night Goblin Big Boss & Shaman with Fanatics)
Otgut’s Hackaz (Black Orcs)
Krurgot’s Boyz (Two Hand Weapon Orc Boyz)
Gragzuk’s Boyz (Choppa and Shield Orc Boyz)
Rozhog’s Rangerz (Bow Orc Boyz)
Ugar’s Ridaz (Boar Boyz)
Bollacka Khan’s Raidaz (Wolf Riders)
Oogoo’s Webhedz (Forest Goblin Spider Riders)
Ranksoz’s Gitz (Night Goblins with Troll)
Da Raddle Wagon (Boar Chariot)
Mansticka & Elfsticka (Spear Chukkas)
Dwarfsplatta (Rock Lobba)
Da Screama (Doom Diver)

Looks like a nice plan for an army! I like the characterful names! I have an Orcs & Goblins army for 6th myself, at about 1000 pts, with more models to paint. Would love to join a border princes campaign, but unfortunately live in the wrong country (UK) at the moment. Let us know how your project goes!
I play WH Fantasy 6th edition and WH 40k 1st edition.
Armies in fantasy:
Dwarves, Orcs & Goblins, Wood Elves and Bretonnia
Armies in 40k:
Orks, Space Marines, Tau
You are both rational and emotional. You value creation and discovery, and feel strongly about what I create. At best, you're innovative and intuitive. At worst, you're scattered and unpredictable.

Honestly, I don't think there's much you are missing that I would personally run. SpearOrcs/SpearGoblins would be about the only thing I'd do different.
What are Night Goblins with Troll? Is it the units from the 7th Edition starter box?
Minimum size for a troll unit is 3 models.

Just Tony wrote: Yeah, I'd park on that troll until you could score two more on evilbay.
So funny enough the Gitz consist of a slightly damaged Night Goblin half of the Battle for Skull Pass box (~40 Night Goblins with spears, 1 troll, ~20 Night Goblins with bows). Since some of the models were damaged, I needed a 40x40 square filler for the unit. And the Troll that came in the box fits perfectly!
I'd really like to get a unit of Stone Trolls, if possible. And a 3-troll unit of River trolls wouldn't be difficult to do with Reaper's Troll King and Marsh Trolls.

That explains
Yeah, my absolute favorites to this day are the stone troll models with the boggly eyes A true image of the stupidity special rule

Gragzuk’s Boyz are finished! See the updated OP with the image.
I'm working on the two spear chukkas now instead of moving on to another big chunk of infantry.
I'm really happy with the movement tray. I had a friend 3d print them, and then I glued a magnetic sheet to the bottom. The rare earth magnets in the bottom of the miniatures' bases are strong enough to keep them in place while moving around.

Seconed. Honestly that is all that I would do. You are going for a more mixed force so it is to taste. Spear Orcs are quicker to paint however.
There's an update! I've been plugging away at some artillery and the Night Goblins. Next I'll finish up the rest of the artillery and get into some cavalry.

First group on the painting table is Gragzuk’s Boyz, since they were the last to be built. Actually I still have to get another box of Boar Boyz, but that's alright. Everything else is in hand!
Cant wait. It also seems you got newer piggies. Does you know how to rank dem up proper? Stagger dem good, you only need to offset each rank a tad to left and right and they rank up well and gud.
You know you can add new piggies to board boar chariots. Look dead nice to do this. I copied this exact like. Easy to do, looks good:

The issue I have with ravening hordes is that its the only army book that changed dryads into a special choice rather than core for wood-elves which made my small but much loved wood elves army illegal to field.

Actually the Warhammer Annual list for the Wood Elves also had Dryads as Special.
Warboss Vagrud and Wumzod da’ Weird finally make their appearance. Rozhog’s Rangerz, Oogoo’s Webhedz and the Raddle Wagon have arrived, and construction of Da Screama and Dwarfsplatta has finished.
Painting this force has slowed down a bit since I'm doing other stuff, but the end is in sight!
