Here is my 3rd attempt and after testing some things out, I made some more changes that I felt was neccessary. For starters, I swapped out the Armageddon Doctrine for the Tallarn Doctrine, and then added in an allied force so without further ado, here is my 3rd attempt so tell me what you think.

I play mostly Tallarn and always end up removing Chimeras. The foot soldiers usually get an extra 3 to 4 inches when they Advance so I just can't justify the points. True the Chimera gives them more survivability but since lasgun squads are so cheap the additional survivability is negligible.
Dropping 4 Chimeras would free up about 320 points. This could be used to get a third LRBT. This would enable a Spearhead Det (+1 CP) filled out by the Tank CDR and the three LRBT. Having 4 Leman Russes with Obj Sec could be very soothing, especially as the lasgun squads are so squishy. You would still have points left to get a HQ replacement in the lasgun squad and more squads or Sentinels or maybe even a Hellhound.
The Tallarn Ambush (TA) and the Dagger of Tu'sek are a big part of the Tallarn play style. Consider a TA with a Hellhound for melting soft targets in the back lines and a lasgun squad with an officer to threaten objectives.
