Hey Dakka, first time I've asked for list suggestions but honestly I've been having the hardest time figuring out the Harlequin codex (went 0-3 in an ITC tournament last week) Here is a list I've come up with that I need some CC on. Well, too less Skyweavers for my liking.

Have you experience with fusion pistol only Troupes?

I always get 3 full equipped Players (CC and Fusion) and 2 unequipped Players + 1 HQ into a Starweaver

First turn I always get near the enemy and charge with the transporters. Second round, all out and fight.

Good thing is, Pistols can still be shot in CC and you have two (cheap) wounds on each Troupe .

Getting Troupes into fight without Transporter never worked for me. Played the tactics above on Sunday against imperial guard and it was very good.

How did you handle them simply falling back outta combat with your transports and then wrapping around them and killing the transport.... the troupe and HQ have no where to disembark and the entire lot is destroyed instantly. A feel a guardsmen player would have enough bodies to do this will just about all transports you throw in their face.

Well, against Guard its an uphill battle for Harlies.
Here Skyweavers could help to destroy tanks asap.
As Opr said, Harlies on foot are questionable.
I'd consider 3 Ravagers or 3 flyers from DE/CW for anti tank and anti-heavy infantry.

You can still use Cegorach's Jest if they fall back. The six S6 shots always take something down.

If they wrap around, fall back and because of Rising Cresendo you still can shoot and charge. Mostly I just don't want them to shoot (applies for ranged units only).

As wuestenfux mentioned, more Skyweavers kill tanks pretty fast and should be considered.

I'm a competitive guard player looking for a new army and have been doing a lot of homework on Harlequins. I saw the idea of running a 12 man troupe and slingshotting them across the table in sort of an alpha strike / screen maneuver that can tie up multiple targets (using hero's path and twilight path to accomplish this).

This could be the type of thing that helps cushion an initial assault and tie up valuable units on the opponents side. The following list is super close to yours but is concentrating on making use of the overwatch negating abilities and items that would allow this type of maneuver to be successful.
