So my uncle tom passed away from brain cancer, and he had a lot of miniatures. Lots of mecks, age of sigmar, dnd, and 40k stuff. Some of them for 40k are things I've never seen, and some friends I asked have truly said they are one of a kind customs. Now what I'm curious of is they are all space wolves, and I'm not sure, how to use them, as I've never played this game before. But what I'd like to know is if they can all even be used? There's so many. Also, apologize in advance for any names slashed.
I believe there's 2 land raiders, a razorback, I believe a rhino? About 10 attack bikes, 3 are the ones with sidecars, a land strider, 5 thunderwolves, and 2 that are really crazy, one is a cyber bear mount, another is what looks like a robo wolf mount, a pack of fenrisian wolves, An imperial knight, 3 dreadnoughts, one is an original bjorn mini, another is murderfang, there's an iron priest, about 3 or 4 rune priests, 2 logan grimnars, on ragnar blackmane, ulrik the slayer, theres one guy that looks like a werewolf Terminator, about 15 Terminators, this anti air guy on some stationary rocket launcher, about 12-20 heavy assault guys, and probably about 100 or more random infantry. There's alot of guys, most of them Aare primed or unpainted, and thats my next step, but I just really wanna know if they are can even be used, and how, especially the custom ones I've found.

I am sorry to hear about your uncle, my condolences.
Those models are absolutely playable. Honestly my best suggestion would be to pick up the books and notes he had and learn about this amazing game. From there, if possible you might look to his lists for some inspiration.. You might find a connection with your uncle through his lists. Speaking only for myself but I like to think my armies represents my personality in some form. Armies have a strange way of holding the memory of personality. The same might hold true for his. On that note if he had a gaming group that would be a great place to start. I can't think of anything as cool as you carrying on a legacy through his collection.

Best of luck to you.

Thanks alot dominuschaos. Thats the exact idea was trying for. I think the big issue is, he had a small group of buddies he played with, and they all told me they never
really played by the books and just kinda free for all'd eachother. The other problem is he had a ton of miniatures, and tons of books and papers, but almost nothing for his warhammer. Lots of dnd, age of sigmar, and mechwarriors. The only books I've found for these was a 5th edition space wolf codex. So figuring out how to make a roster with all these isn't gonna be easy, and I have almost no idea what I'm doing! Lol. However, I have read how armies are based on either points or a strength level, and I'm most curious at about what these would estimate in either and howthey can be used to it's full potential.

1) I don't see any Knights in that pic. I DO see 2 dreadnaughts (the blocky robot looking walkers)
2) The cyber bear & robo wolf riders? Just use them as Thunderwolf riders.
2) Go to your local shop & pick up a current Space wolf codex - it'll have all the current details on how to organize these units.
4) Everything* you have there is usable in the current game - with the exception of using two copies of Logan as the same character....
5) the anti-air rocket guy - I can't pick him out of your pics. and I can't think of what he might be used as. It's likely this one will be an oddity that lives on your shelf as a display piece.....

Yes, the knight I sent to my cousin to use a lil, he knows the game a lil more than me, and he's using it for a game with his blood angels. The anti air is the last picture in the attachments. However, any rough idea how many points these would total?

Looks pretty good to me. I'd say they are playable models. I'm sorry to hear of his passing but I hope you carry on the models in his name. As how he played seem very loose, I'd just do your best and always try and have fun as you learn the game. He sounded like someone who never let rules stand in the way of a good time and if he played space wolves, they are an army about loving what you do and doing what you love.

Hope it goes well and if you have any other issues, just post around people will help out.

Oh, is that what that is? See I'm looking at it turned sideways on not-big-enough phone screen....

I'd just use it as a Longfang armed with a missile launcher.
