G’day all from the Slave Dungeon,

This month’s release is a very exciting one for us, it is the release of our 28mm Aussies in Korea range.

The Korean War was fought from 1950 to 1953. At the end of the war when the Korean Armistice Agreement was signed, North & South Korea were formed on either side of the 38th Parallel.
From 1950-53, 17,000 Australians in the Army, Navy and Air Force fought as part of the United Nations (UN) Multinational Force, defending South Korea from the Communist force of North Korea. After the war ended, Australians remained in Korea for four years as military observers.
Australia's involvement in the Korean War won much praise from other nations. Awards and decorations given to Australians during the war totalled 615, while awards given to Australians by other countries numbered 173.

To begin with we start with the packs of 4 figures, these are the various core Infantry figures. We have four of these sets being: Advancing, Shooting, Charging and SMG’s.
Each figure has a separate head, so the figures can look varied and unique as you mix and match them. These are cast in metal and retail for AU$16.

The second set of packs are the sets of 2 figures per pack. These are both the upgrades and the leaders. There are five different sets of 2 figure packs, these include: Bren Advancing, Bren Shooting, Officers, NCO’s and the Vickers Heavy Machine Gun. These packs are also multi-part figures made of metal, they retail for AU$8

We also have optional backpacks for the figures, these come on a sprue of 4 backpacks and retail for AU$4

Now I am told that there is more to come, so we’ll have to wait and see what that could be.

The Australians in Korea range will be sold in Australia through us at Slave 2 Gaming and through our good friends at Company B Miniatures in the US.

If you have any more questions, don’t hesitate to contact either of us at slavemaster@slave2gaming.com or companyb@comcast.net
