First off, I will allow others to rank them as far as utility goes, I'm going purely by aesthetics.
For me that would be..
1. Agatone
2. Kor'sarro
3. Kayvaan
4. Feirros
5. Tigurius
6. Garadon
I play RG and I'm the side of the fence that likes Shrike's look, but still have to rank the other 2 above him in pure appearance. Tigurius was just dull, and Garadon is just goofy IMHO.
Haven't seen Kor'sarro on the table, but that is a fine miniature.

Garadon has a mega power fist I don't think there's much competition!
The others are cool but they're not totally out there and could mostly pass as generic Characters, kor'sarro, Agatone, Tigurius. The other 3 would be a little harder to nail down

I like Garadon a lot. Not my Chapter, but his buffs are my style.

1) Choppy mongolmans (overall best general sculpt, a little busy but nice)
2) Techmarine Tournament Winner (give him a helmet and it's a cool techmarine, stupid that a character version arrived before a normal Primaris techmarine though - really stupid)
3) Imperial Fist duder (needs a helmet and then I'm okay with it)
4) Tigurius (most underwhelming considering his history...super boring miniature)
5) Salamander guy (bare head...brazier full of burning coals 6" above it...stupidest design GW ever jumped on)
6) Shrike (too busy, silly hair)

Tigarus is clearly a case of "I'm being overly conservitive and not wanting to do anything majorly differant" shrike meanwhile is "Let's do something differant"
I mean Tigarus is literally just a embiggened version of the old one.

Tiggy, Agatone and Feirros are the best looking.

Agatone - the best marine mini since the Dark Apostle. (full disclosure...I play the 18th)
Khan - the model has so much eagle(but lame no bike option)
Torgarradon - I think he'd look better as Pedro.
Ferrios - Looks great and can only hope normal Techmarine looks half as good.
Shrike (only due to the pose) I don't play RG but there is a decent amount that can be done about the pose.
Tigirius - they could've done soo much more with the mini
Calgar - Terrible pose

I'm going to go with:

2: Garadon
3: Agatone
4: Khan
5: Feirros
6: Tigirius
Shrike is definitely the best I think, basically being perfect Raven Guard with the anime emo haircut and everything. I also like Garadon's model with his brass knuckles and face like a ironworker.

Guardsmen, hear me! Cadia may lie in ruin, but her proud people do not! For each brother and sister who gave their lives to Him as martyrs, we will reap a vengeance fiftyfold! Cadia may be no more, but will never be forgotten; our foes shall tremble in fear at the name, for their doom shall come from the barrels of Cadian guns, fired by Cadian hands! Forward, for vengeance and retribution, in His name and the names of our fallen comrades! |

This is exactly what I think. Agatone has great lines, Khan just hair behind him for the same reason. Feirros is distractingly busy but it’s really interesting busyness. Garadon doesn’t have any good posing at all I think even the first run Indomitus terminators have better lines.

Personally, I think the head gives the Shrike model character that he lacks with a helmet.
Agathion would probably be as good with a helmet as without.
Garadon's head [chin] goes with his brass knuckles, and if he was helmeted, he'd look weird with the oversized fist.

In terms of pts efficiency:
1. Feirros
2. Tigurius
3. Kayvaan
4. Kor'sarro
In terms of raw power:
1: Feirros
2: Tigurius
3: Kayvaan
4: Agatone
5: Garrdon
6: Kor'sarro.
I might be vastly undervalueing Kor'sarro, but him not having a bike makes me think he's not a great addition to a White Scars force.

Surprised to see Tiggy so disliked. Often people complain about Primaris not being close enough to classic Marines, he's the most closely linked to the classic design.
