Is this a Modern infantry combat game? Miniatures involved?

Its platoon sized modern combat focused more on realism than "Shoot um up" wargaming. Besides the fire fights you have to manage casualties & evac, "hearts and minds" objectives and rules of engagement. The mission system is also based on hidden objectives so you and your opponent won't know what each others goals are from mission to mission.

I feel the need, the need for speed.
