And I don’t mean their junk. Anyone got any comparison photos of Nobz next to Primaris? I assume Primaris are taller.

Thanks in advance

Are nobz not the same size as terminator?

The war boss is bigger and the infamous Krork is 12ft

Ah that’s a good size, thanks for the reply if I get into Orks I’d like to know my Nobz aren’t totally dwarfed by marines

Nobz are as big as you want them to be.

If only that were true.

A couple of apostrophes and an 's' could have made the title a very interesting question that would have made my inner juvenile giggle.

But I think Nobs are various sizes, and probably are a bit taller than a Primaris Marine. I'm not backing that up with anything factual- but that's the way I've always imagined it (and the way they were described to me by our GM in the Deathwatch RPG).

I mean the models, rather than in fluff. I know in fluff Nobz are any size as long as they’re bigga dan da boyz (so much sexual innuendo). But I’m curious about how they compare on the table top.

Ah. Well, let's not stop the Innuendo Express when I answer that to the best of my ability.

The last time my friend had his Nob out, it was pretty decent sized. I didn't really handle it and compare it to my Infiltrator- but I believe it was slightly smaller. The next time he and I are together, I'll ask him to whip it out and place it alongside mine for comparison.

Ah brilliant thanks Doritos. I’ll be keen to see how his compares to yours. As long as it isn’t much smaller then I won’t feel so shy chucking mine on the table next to my friends’.

Hellblaster compared to an AOBR nob.

Nob's head and shoulder line (top of Nob's head is level with shoulder line) is beneath the gorget on the Primaris Marine.

In other words, their shoulder lines are close to level with each other, but since the ork's head is in line with his shoulders, the Primaris is about exactly one head taller.

However, his shoulder width is about half that of the Nob. The Nob is much wider.

Well, all I can say is that you should be mindful that a Nob might not be upright and erect, so you have to factor that in when you lay it against your rigid helmeted warrior. I would also be sure you clean it up and prime it before you decide to bust it out in front of everyone.

Also, sorry if I assumed yours would be helmeted. Some are hooded.

I'll be sure and let you know what we find out when I wrap my hands around my friend's Nob and press its base next to the base of my helmeted warrior.

Ah thanks TedNugent, that’s great! Pretty much the perfect size.

Looks like you won’t have to compare Nob to helmeted warrior Doritos.

Well, I'd still be happy for him to pull out his Nob so I can admire it. I'd be happy to ask everyone I know that has a Nob to show it to me so we can compare.

For the nobs size conscious, I see two remedies.

The hilarious one would be to add accessories to increase it's overall length and girth. The former could be done by adding platform kombat boots or impressive hats, while the later would certainly be difficult to pull off with green stuff. Obviously the green stuff needs to be painted over, to make it look natural and healthy.

The technical solution would be to replace the disappointing nobs with completely made to order nobs from a friendly resin wizard. The magic of standard template construction means that the responsible technomancer can alter the scale during production, which means the bosses size requirements for his nob replacement can be met exactly.

Oh cool the proper kit looks bigger than the snap fit guys from the old box set. Thanks for the pic!

EDIT: Could I trouble you for a pic of a Boy in there too?
