I like the idea of knights running with fantasy hounds, and the feathers and armor came out nicely. The parrot looking one towards the back amuses me.
On the improvement side, the ink or contrast you're using for the shields looks like it went on a bit heavy, that's usually what causes that sort of blotchyness--I'd recommend using a thin edge highlight with the side of the brush on large flat bits like that instead, or thinning down the shade, blotting a lot of it off onto your hand or a napkin, then applying thinner coats next time. Shades and contrast both really are better for stuff with some texture to it, like those feathers. Try going back in on the horses with the base color on the fur to clean up a bit around the tack, you can kinda use the side of the brush to almost push paint up to the edge of the straps, and it lets you have more screw up room--I do straps and eyes a similar make-a-mess and clean it sort of way --helps make the work present better.
All in all a good start, and more painted models is always good.
