While I know of the Gothic supplement for Osprey Publishing's In Her Majesty's Name, I think I saw an ad for a single book Victorian era Horror Skirmish minis game in one of the many mini games companies newsletters that I get. At the time I deleted the newsletter, but I thought it would make a decent gift ... if I could find it again. Well, I can't find it, after trying Northstar, Osprey, and Brigade Games.

So would anyone know of a Victorian period or VSF minis game that comes in a single book? Basically, I'm looking for something in the Osprey Wargames price range $20 or less, but will consider other options, but not too much higher, as this is just a Secret Santa exchange and not a gift to friends or family.

Thank you for the replies. Arkeo Obscura might be what I was thinking of.

Would Dracula's America count as Victorian enough? A couple of the warbands are very American West era-centric, but several of the others are not (and you can play without using the supernatural factions, even). The Crossroads Cult (satanic cult), Twilight Order (Knights Templar) and Red Hand Coven (vampires) could easily be in a European setting.
