Did/do loyalists of the Alpha Legion use the phrase " I am Omegon." as an identifier or battle cry?

no there hasn't been any evidance of that, Omegon being seperate from alpharus IIRC isn't even well known among the legion

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

I don't think that alpha legionnaires are even certain that they are really in the alpha legion, let alone knowing about Omegon.

I always liked the idea of the AL breaking apart into a hundred different little cells of spies. Every shade of Loyalists and Traitors. Unheralded operators back stabbing every which way but openly. "I am Omegon" would be the loyalists calling card. Unless they were lying....

DUN DUN DUN!!!

I'm pretty sure in Deliverance Lost the alpha legion operative in charge of infiltrating the raven guard called himself Omegon. To me it seemed like they used "Alpharius" to indicate clandestine operatives and "Omegon" as their handlers/commanders so that even if they didn't know their contacts they could easily establish the chain of command despite the hypno indoctrination, surguries, and lack of knowledge of the total scale of the operation

With all the confusion about and amongst them, it's like the Hydra is tying its own heads into knots. Nobody knows what the heck anyone is doing. Or is that why they're the ultimate Chaos Legion? They ARE pure Chaos? I like that. Alpha Legion certainly has some of the coolest paint jobs I've seen.

Dorn would like to have a word with you... LOL

"I am Omegon!" just doesn't have the same ring to it as "I am Alpharus!". BTW, this reference comes from the 1960 movie "Spartacus" starring Kirk Douglas.

Spoiler:
Spartacus and his army are eventually captured. The Roman General doesn't know who Spartacus is. So he stands in front of the captured army and says he will spare them, but Spartacus will be crucified. Immediately, men start standing up saying "I am Spartacus!" because of their fierce loyalty to Spartacus. In disgust, the Roman General has the entire army crucified along the roads leading to Rome. It just so happens that the real Spartacus is crucified just outside the gates to Rome. Just before he dies, he looks up to see his wife and child as they are leaving Rome. He briefly smiles as the screen fades to black while his wife and child ride off into the sunset, free. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FKCmyiljKo0
