Its not going to glow any better without a source of UV.
this is probably the most glowweee effect iv seen done in normal paints though i think you can supplement it with florescent paints and possibly day glow pigments.

It tends not to photograph well in “photographic” conditions. But it really looks good IRL. I’ve took one pic in my lightbox and one right after in the light.
