One thing about my paint job is that they have allways been crisp clean, aka non worn/battle scarred, factory new.
I realy want to try to do somethin about that and attempt element weathering, oil paint dirt streaks or enamel effects, but to do that i need to first protect the paint job with a clearcoat but what kind should i use? I dont have AB anymore so only option is rattlecan, and where i live i am limited to products from Tamiya, GW and Vallejo.

So, suggestions please.

You want an acrylic clearcoat, as most weathering products will be oil or enamel based and thus thinned with an oil based product. People will tell you to use gloss. My advice is to use matte, or satin at most. The reason for this is that any oils or enamels you apply to gloss will roll into the recesses, which you don't want for filters, streaks, stains etc.
