Anyone know of a good way to remove green stuff from plastic? I've got a couple of terrible SM conversions I did many year ago I want to hack into Ork buggies, however one of them has a horrible amount of Green Stuff to remove.

It's an epoxy, I don't think you can 'strip' greenstuff but I have noticed that sometimes it works loose when using purplepower to strip minis. Just soak for a couple days and then see if it pops of easier.

EDIT: Just noticed your not in the US, so you may not know what purple power is. It's a degreaser sold in the automotive department. I bet you have something like it over there, but I don't know what it would be called.

Hope that helps.

Soak it in isopropynol. It's used to strip paint and leaves no residue. It also breaks the bonds on greenstuff.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

yeah get a paint stripper, that should loosen the bond. for plastics you want something without acetone though. sometimes you might be able to just break the GS off too.
