You get a free rookie every time you retire an officer or they die. If they are just wounded you don't get a replacement.

Jenkins: You don't have jurisdiction here!
Smith Jamison: We aren't here, which means when we open up on you and shred your bodies with automatic fire then this will never have happened.

About the Clans: "Those brief outbursts of sense can't hold back the wave of sibko bred, over hormoned sociopaths that they crank out though."

What happens if you don't have enough models/points/rating for a game? Like if it's a 1k point game, but you have three guys in the hospital, so you're short.

There is no minimum requirement for a game of Necromunda (well not quite true, you need one fighter not in recovery). So have your fighters take a deep breath, this may not go well for you

Either hire a few Hired Guns (can Enforcers do that?), or forfeit your next game.

You play 2 games that night.
First one long enough to said you win and resolving you lost of credit and reputation.
Second, you are starting the second game with vengeance in you mind.

Oh, I guess there's a stage called "Fresh Recruitment" where you get 250 credits to recruit new fighters or hangers-on. So even if all your fighters are in recovery, you can get 250 credits worth of fresh fighters to play in missions by default.

Fresh recruitment is part of a dominion campaign, if you were in that phase of the campaign your fighters would recover anyway.

From your question above about a 1000pts game, what do you mean? In a campaign you dont play to certain points (like 40k), you play your gang, whatever their current state. So you may have 1 player with a 2000 point gang, the other with only 3 models. Thats the game.

In a skirmish you would choose points, but you would typically just make up a new gang for the game. Unless you decided to do some odd combination of skirmish and campaign?

Quick question, how do we do credit in a dominion campaign?

Don't start with a team of Subjugator. For a 1000 pts, i have 4 guys who drop like flies.

If i had to start again, i will start with a Cap, a few patrolmen and with shotgun and boltgun, a concussion carbine and has much possible choke grenade

You don't HAVE to have adverse circumstances make for a terrible game. There are other options. Say, you are down to 3 fighters available. Play a scenario from the Gang Raid supplement (Dec. WD). Those use 3 fighters on a side. Or, one of the fun and funky scenarios from Book of Ruins that also use a few fighters. Or, just limit a "regular" scenario to a few fighters on a side. I've done that to help another player bounce back from a ridiculous three killed in his previous game. It's really kind of hard to justify playing terribly unbalanced games when there are better options.

Now, yes, very small Subjugators gangs, or Ogryn Slave gangs might find themselves with all fighters in recovery. I think I would allow them to drag themselves out of their sick beds and fight with a significant penalty. Like limited to one Wound and rolling an extra Serious Injury die, etc.

It's a game thing.
