This is in no way a competitive list. I just always jumped between playing alot of bugs or just a few big bugs and came up with this list.
At first I had a screamer-killer Carnifex instead of the 3 "standart" Carnifex but though that Moral is many times not relevant that I changed it with another regular Carnifex
I am not sure though if this list is not to annoying to play against.
The idea behind the Adaptations was to make sure the regular Carnifexes could "wonder of" to whereever they want to be while the Stone Crusher could walk around with Old One Eye and open whatever juicy can is on the field

I run a list like this, you're right, it's not competitive...but it is fun. I use rippers as troops myself and a flyrant. Warriors are just a bit meh. Also look at Kraken for a hive fleet, rolling 3 dice for advance is insane. It's great to see your opponents face when all your fexes start moving 14".

Also screamer killers are great! Yes the moral thing is pointless but they each get an upgraded bio plasma scream which they can still fire when they advance. It's a useful little extra I find.
