Hey all, as I await the coming of the codex, I'm feverishly trying to paint up my eldar and still maintain an army that will not have to be changed much when the codex does arrive.

Please review and let me know if the list isn't as optimised as it could be (using current rules, with anticipation of some slight changes in the new 'dex)

2 farseers various beneficial gear (shooty/offense farseer[spear, guide, etc] goes with shooty unit, choppy/defensive[blade,fortune] farseer goes with choppy unit)

5 scorpions, exarch w/claw (stealth...maybe) (otherwise, rides falcon with choppy/defensive farseer)

5 f.dragons, exarch w/burning fist (rides in falcon with shooty/offensive farseer)

9 Stormers, 2x flamers, Warlock with flamer power/blade in Waveserpent with lances

10 D.Avengers, exarch p.weapon, Waveserpent with lances

2x Vypers with lances

2x Vypers with Shuricannons

Falcon, kitted

Then 1 unit of whatever for 220pts, Swooping Hawks, or Rangers or whatever I feel like at the time (or even drop for 1500 tourneys and the like).

Am I headed in the right direction? Can this form the core of an effective force?
