Not in the list:
* Zoat - Originally Rogue Trader era (I think), 40k stats for one in Warhammer Quest: Blackstone Fortress – Deadly Alliance
* Ambul - Warhammer Quest: Blackstone Fortress – The Dreaded Ambull
* Borewyrm infestations - Warhammer Quest: Blackstone Fortress – The Dreaded Ambull

* Jokaero - I think the stats are in the Grey Knights codex.

Edit: The rules for Tzangors (beastman variant) are in the Thousand Sons book.
Edit #2: I'm not sure whether the Blackstone Fortress game box has the rules for the various "bad guy" models printed in it, or they're downloads from GW.

Chaos cultists and marines aren't xenos though.

A case could be made for demihumans like ogryns, ratlings and squats/demiurg I guess?

C'Tan aren't necrons, so should be a separate entry.

Have there ever been rules for catachan devils?

Rogue trader had a range.

They had slann, jokaero and zoats alongside all the others.

Plus all the semi intelligent beasts listed after.

DE codex:

Clawed Fiends
Razorwing Flocks
Khymera

Space Wolf Codex:

Fenrisian Wolves

Chaos Space Marines:

Huron Blackheart has a "Drycha". I'm not sure if that's a xenos or a chaos thing.

Eldar:

Yvraine has a Gyrinx, a kind of psychic cat

Necromunda:

Rules for Ambulls, Sumpkrocs, Chimerix, little bug dudes whose name escapes me, and several others whose stats fairly easily translate from Necromunda to 40k.

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

Somewhere in Canada

If you do count Ogryns, Ratlings, Squats, then throw in the Navigators too- a third eye is more variation in the human DNA than short, stocky and bearded.

BSF has a Man of Iron.

Navigators have 40K stats? Where?

Blackstone Fortress...man of iron, U235 or something like that?

Is his statline way above mechanicus stuff?

The Hamadrya.

No one is sure what it is. It could be a xenos or a daemon.

From the =][= game we had Krashrak the Stalker, who appears to be the one and only substantial reference to Viskeons in 40k.

Now, if we open this question up to include the 40k RPG, then you have a whole wealth of xenos with stats. Rak'Gol, Stryxis, Slaugth, Creeping Stalkers, Killian's Bane, Mukaali (who were in 40k too from FW as a Tallarn RR variant), Sand Tigers, Species X-10198.RK, Terrorax, Thornmaw, Void Krakens. Bone Conquerors, Crystalwisps, Fossil Horrors and Sandslimes.

Games Workshop Delenda Est.

Users on ignore- 53.

If you break apart my or anyone else's posts line by line I will not read them.

One unmentioned group that comes to mind is the Diggas from Gorkamorka.

I imagine they would be considered relatively obscure/obsolete considering only a small percentage of 40K fans still play Gorkamorka, but I suppose they're worth mentioning.

They're also humans. Primitive, Ork worshipping humans, but still humans.

Aren't they great?

But yeah, he did request non-Imperium humans.
Or did I misinterpret that?

You are right, non-Imperium humans work as well. I would love for there to have been some stats for Interex or the other humans that were exterminated, for their own good.

There is that non-Imperial human faction who - ironically - have an Imperial Roman theme going on and whose name I keep forgetting (their leader kinda sorta looks like Augustus Caesar in space). I've seem some official art of them, not sure if they have tabletop rules though

That'd be the Severan Dominate. Pretty much "Imperial Rome IN SPACE!" The name is straight up ripped from the Roman emperors known as the Severan dynasty.
