Your plague monks will roll over his gluttons & leadbelchers if they swing first, but will be killed off in short order should the reverse occur. Be careful with your characters as his leadbelchers are definitely capable of gunning them down, including/especially your big ones. Remember that their shooting ability goes down quite a bit if they move. In general focus on overwhelming his troops and focusing on objectives; the stonehorn is going to pulverise a good amount of your army and there is not much you can do to stop it. But you can easily outnumber him on objectives while it happens, and at the end of the game it is victory points that matter. Positioning gnaw holes in his back line will make things difficult; he will need to block you from sending units through but his wizards will want to stay near his own terrain piece.

I thought about outnumbering him at objectives, i will teď what i can, i am considering how agressive should i play, should i run in first turn to meet him, i think i have to let tím play first, if he cant strike first, first turn for him will be devastating and btw, thanks for tips

If you have turn choice choose to go second. He won't be in range, and you have a shot at a double-turn which would pretty much auto-win it for you.
