This was our first game of 9th edition and it was a blast!

Combat Patrol - Outriders
Ad Mec Mars:
Dominus - Eradication Ray
2 x 5 - Rangers, Omnispex (1 plasma calvir)
3 Destroyers
Dune Crawler - Neutron Laser heavy stubber

Necrons Sautekh:
Overlord - Sempiternal Weave
Skorpekh Lord - Nightmare Shroud Hyperlogical Strategist
5 Immortals
Skorpekh Destroyers x 3 Plasmacyte
Scarabs

Battle-round 1 -
We each score an objective. VP 5-5
Necrons move to engage. 1 Ranger unit moves to the other Objective on my board half.
Destroyer explodes to Tachyon Arrow.
Nearly all Ad Mech shots miss

Battle-round 2 -
We each score objectives. VP 10-10
Necrons move closer. Shooting kills off the Destroyers and some rangers. But charges fail
Ad Mech shooting still misses, but get some wounds on the Lords
Plasma Culver explodes himself.

Battle-round 3 -
Necrons score Objective. 15-10
necron shooting kills off ranger unit on objective
Necron Charges into Tech Priest and Dunecrawler
Last ranger engages Overlord in glorious combat! And survives.

Battle-round 4
Combat sees the Dune Crawler explode and do the final wound on the tech priest.
Ad Mech concedes.

Wrap up:
Still very fun, even though I lost!
Small board size at 500 points and bringing a ranged army with not a lot of shots was problematic.

Will add pictures once I figure out how!
