Have to say I'm not liking 9th's objectives so far. They seem so... detached. Every mission is about securing random points on the table. It all seems so... sterile.

Thanks I get what you mean about the objectives. Even though it was less 'competitive', I think I prefer how the OLD maelstrom cards used to work (not how they became by the end of 8th though), it was just more enjoyable. But I am warming to 9th.

Thanks! The 9th missions just take longer to introduce and explain the scores each turn
