I've seen sources put it at 100 ft. tall, others say it's 100 meters tall. Was it ever settled?

Yes. A canonical number in Forge World publications (as well as the current Adeptus Titanicus books) is around 32 m.

Hmm... I wonder what the Admech risk assessments look like to comply with their obligations as employers under the Health and Safety at Work Etc..Act 1974 and the management of health and safety regulations 1999.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

32.76 metres at resting height, but that doesn't include the weapons mounted on top according to the Rulebook.

"Height and mass non-inclusive of weaponry and munitions stock"

With the weaponry, I would say that you're looking at about 36 metres.

I have the original Adeptus Titanicus in front of me:
Page 5
"Battle Titans stand between 40 and 80 feet tall".
"Emperor Titans are taller-some 70 to 100 feet tall".

Remember this was written by the guys who invented the game not corporate shills who have no clue.
