I had a thought for a Fortification which would be a bit of fun for Orks, here's the rough idea:

Ork Tellyporta:
M-
WS-
BS-
S-
T8
W18
A-
Ld-
Sv4+

The Ork Tellyporta has a Transport Capacity of 20. Jump infantry and models in Mega Armour count as 2.

Tellyporta:
At the start of the movement phase, all units embarked on the tellyporta must be placed on the battlefield anywhere over 9" from enemy models. If multiple units are embarked on the tellyporta, then each unit must be placed within 3" of another unit which was deployed in this way. Any models which cannot be placed are destroyed and removed from play.
After all models have been deployed, roll a dice for each model deployed in this way. For each dice which does not roll equal to or higher than the result shown on the damage chart, one model is slain.

Unstable:
At the start of the movement phase, after the Tellyporta ability is used, the closest unit within 9" (friend or foe) suffers 1 mortal wound for each model slain by the Tellyporta ability, as lightning arcs from the tellyporta. These mortal wounds are resolved one at a time - the nearest unit each time a mortal wound is inflicted is targeted.

Warp Feedback:
When the Tellyporta is destroyed, roll a D6; on a roll of a 1, the tellyporta explodes in a swirling rip in reality. Any units within 9" suffer D6 mortal wounds. Any units within 1" suffer an additional D6 mortal wounds.

Damage Chart:
Wounds/roll needed to live
18/1+
12-17/2+
7-12/3+
1-6/4+

So the features of this fortification are:

1: Tellyporting is at the start of the movement phase - so you have to spend a turn in the tellyporta to get tellyported. Maybe this will need to be changed to the end of the movement phase.
2: The Tellyporta is quite dangerous to stand next to, so waiting in the queue to get tellyported could go badly.
3: The tellyporta gets more dangerous to use as it gets damaged - so it might be better tactics to mostly kill it an see if the opponent gets his own stuff killed.
4: The Tellyporta gets more deadly to stand near the more damaged it gets, which is pretty cool I think. Might be worth sending 20 grots through if there's a lot of enemies near the tellyporta and it's got a 1/2 chance of killing the grots!

No idea on cost, I think it would be a fair amount more pricey if the tellyport is at the end of the movement phase.

Thoughts?

Statline
Give it a Strength value-some weapons (Smashas come to mind) wound based on it. Also, for a piece of highly unstable teleportation tech... T8 feels a little high. Maybe make it T7, with an 'Ard Case upgrade?
Otherwise, seems fine to me.

Special Rules

Tellyporta
Neat.

Unstable
Neato.

Warp Feedback
Should be on a 6, not a on a 1. That's how other Explosions in the game work.

Overall
I like it! Not sure on points though. Still, neat idea!

Smashas actually roll off against toughness, so I think it should be fine that it doesn't have a S characteristic.

Oh. My bad!

Still, I know SOME stuff requires a Strength score-without attacks or a WS, it can't fight anyway, so maybe add it just in case?

I was just looking at the imperial building stats for reference that usually just have a "-" for the WS, S and attacks, which is why I think why some bloke has it the way it is. S0 would work as well though.
