Hello Everyone,
This is my first post here. I haven't played since the dawn of 6th edition. My last army was Mechanized/Jump Blood Angels and less than half of that army is relevant anymore. So figured I'd start a new army with this new edition. Nothing has been purchased yet but I do plan on grabbing an indominus or commander box for my 15y/o and I to learn/play. Along with the attempt to train my twin 5y/o's as well.

I am looking into Harlequins with the addition of Craft World or Drukhari to round out the Clown Cars. These are very different from what I once played and panted so I am up for a challenge. From all the reading I have done I have borrowed a lot of ideas for an eventual 2k list. I would love some feedback before I start collecting. So here we go!

I love the jet bikes so even if these lists don't tick all the boxes for a competitive list, I intend on having fun beating up on my children. Paint schemes for the Harlequins I want to do will be bright orange and black primarily. Demogoblin / Hobgoblin inspired. Not sure about the others yet.

Drop 2 shining spears from the craftworlds list and add a warlock on a bike with protect or quicken to really get your points out of the spears. They’re the best unit in the codex but they need warlock and Farseer support

Well, I don't think you're bringing Craftworlds for the shining spears. Like, skyweavers are cheaper, better units overall. If you include a CWE detachment, you're doing it for the long range fire support, i.e. starcannons. War Walkers, Hornets primarily.

Give your skyweavers zephyrglaives, doom + executioner on your farseer, and hornets instead of spears. If you don't have/not willing to buy hornets (they're expensive, ikr), then crimson hunters, wraithlords, falcons are good options.

I think you should concentrate more on the Harlequin units. You might be better trim down other eldar units to spare some points to take some Shadowseers, more cars carrying more clowns and give them stronger Harlequin melee weapons, and more Skyweaver Jetbikes. Harlequins just do NOT have bad units in their codex outside the heavy support, and have the tool to deal with anything come across and could be among one of the most hard to kill army in the game.

Thank you all for the reply's. I will take all of the input into consideration for Craft World. I know the new Drukhari codex is around the corner so it is hard to comment on it but I was hoping to get some feedback on that list as well.

Well, I'd play a pure Harlie list as its fluffier and you will not loose much.
I also field Voidreapers. They are not that bad.
