Sorry, lost me with outriders. We just had a decent conversation about them that talked about how they are not that good in comparison to other things, like vanguard vets at the same pt cost. But you ranked outriders better than vanguard vets? Disagree, sorry. Outriders shouldn't even be on this list.

Bladeguard vets, inceptors, attack bikes only being honorable mentions also is not something I agree with. Inceptors are amazing. Attack bikes are fast and able to be quite useful at 50-60 pts. And bladeguard vets can be incredibly hard to shift if used correctly while able to take out anything they come across.

Did you come up with these choices from actual play or just doing math hammer in a vacuum?

IDK - I think top 10 is too much for space marines considering they only have like 3 good units IMO. They also have a few good HQ's.

# 1 Redemptor
# 2 Eradicators
# 3 Attack bikes
# 4 Vangaurd Vets
# 5 Heavy intercesors

Then its just HQ's which plenty are good but they are mostly support.

I do not find these kind of lists all that good. But they are a good point for discussion and thusly better insight I believe.

- I do not agree on the assault terminators. They have some neat tricks but you are mostly pushing them to get into memlee, something jump pack vanguard veterans do better as they get their faster. The only terminators that stand out at the dark angels once who get permanent transhuman, and they do not see that much play. Space Wolves abilaty to combine shooting and melee is also unique and they better benefit from the Fury of the First Stratagem.

- Infiltrators are a good bag of tricks. But most lists do not need tricks, they mostly just need troops. Regular interscessors have descent melee and long range shooting. But they are cheap and the better troop choise. You just need bodies on the floor. Note that assault interscessors are cheaper, and can be mixed up. Only other troop choise worth mentioning is SW Blood Claws and Grey Hunters.

- Apothecary. Yeah, they are quite good.

- Jump pack vanguard veterans are good. SW's are stil cheap.

- Outriders are not soo good. I do belive they got a points increase. But the huge amount of 4 damage weapons means they just die.

- The gochart is not so good. It was nerfed with apothecary nerf. I would run attack bikes instead.

- Eradicators are good. They and attack bikes are good melta delivery systems.

- I have no opininon on heavy interscessors.

- Chaplain on bike is quite good. Nice in white scars. Good in SW (as you can advace and charge.) Chaplains in general are good IMHO.

- Redemptor Dreadnought. Yeah he is very good.

I do miss some units. Attack bike, intescessors and assault interscessors as mentioned. Blade Guard veterans if you are in a SM heavy meta. The relic contemptor dreadnought for anti infantery. Drop Pod and Devestator combo (choose your flavour.) Plasma Inceptors for plasma spam and bolter inceptors for massive dakka. Some good characters are missing. Smash captain of any stripe. Some form of librarian.

More nieche could be the landspeeder storm for holding objectives and taking up no forge organisation slot. Stiormtallon Gunship for sniping characters (hard to screen against it.) And primaris agressors for a good heavy flamer overwtach.

But all in all yours was an OK list.

Nicely put. I appreciate the feedback, Its just really units I like playing mainly. I think in hindsight the ATV could be replaced with the attack bike perhaps but i just love the "gokarts"
