Sorry if this has been posted - i've ran a quick search but all results were relating to older editions.

Anybody heard anything on when we can expect a new Eldar codex?

I'm tempted to sell my current codex while it's still being sought after but don't want to do that if it's going to be October before we get a release.

What are we expecting?

Well, the True Kin should be getting one in a month or two.

No news on the smaller Aledari fringe factions. Quins are likely to be good for a while, Craftworlders really need a big range revamp as well as a codex, and as for Ynnari....who cares?

Yes, it's craftworld i'm waiting on...

I don't think even GW would be shameless enough to push out a new Craftworlds codex without also updating some of their models. Since no new Craftworld stuff has been teased (as far as I recall), I would assume that any codex is quite a way off.

We know dark angels and dark eldar are next 2. Beyond that nobody can say anything for sure. Rumours and speculation but beyond that...

Closest thing to concrete is what factions did not get january FAQ but even that could just be because there was nothing to faq/errata besides points which were in separate file anyway.

Yeah, current schedule is stretched out due to Covid effects on shipping, but they said today in the Underworlds article that they expect things to be back on track in May.

For 40k, we've got Feb and March locked up with Dark Angels and Dark Eldar.

We've seen model snippets for Ad Mech and Orks, which likely puts them to front of the queue of 40k releases.

So... Craftworlds likely don't enter contention until June at the very, very earliest. And there doesn't seem to be any particular pattern to the releases, so they could be any slot after that, including into 2022.

And AoS is getting two fairly significant releases (Slaanesh and more High Elves), that we already know about, but we don't know timing. And maybe Vampires (as one blister is for AoS rather than Underworlds or some other specialist game)

Craftworlds need a MASSIVE range revamp and update.

So I presume they are being held back for this.
