Over the past year I have been learning 3d sculpting, and finally have a set that I'm happy to release, a naval wargames terrain pack for Kings of War: Armada, Black Seas. Manowar etc.

The islands can be printed in Vase Mode to use almost no plastic and print super-quickly, I printed them at 0.07 layer height and the print time was still super-fast, around 1-2 hours. I didn't bother swtiching from a 0.4mm nozzle either, they're still perfectly sturdy enough considering that they don't need to have minis or any extra weight placed on top.

If there's enough interest, I would love to make a kickstarter to expand on the set with extra fantasy buildings, sea monsters etc. Would probably keep it under the $10 mark though since my skills aren't quite there yet.

Thanks, I remember you from there too, most of my posting on dakka was back then as well, I'm much more of a lurker these days!

I made a new thing for Stargrave, one of the scenarios has a very specific terrain piece (X-shaped lava flow running off each corner of the table), so I figured I'd try sculpting the whole thing.
