Hi folks, looking to build some psykers for my Imperial Guard army, but I'm not overly sold on the existing monopose Wrydvanes and Primaris Psyker; so I'm planning to kitbash some of my own, and trying to figure out which kits would be best for bits.

From Age of Sigmar; The Celestial Hurricannium and Collegiate Arcane Battle Wizards both look promising, and the Flagellants box looks like it would have a bunch of useful arms, heads and accessories.

The Imperial Guard command squad would be useful at least for the officer's legs, as well as las pistols. What other sources might I look towards?

In my homebrew fluff the shamans of the regiments homeplanet have a very rigorous selection programm, already filtering out any psykers to instabile or too powerful to be controlled if things go south. So the planet has few "real" Psykers, but most shamans barely need any training to become Wyrdvanes...

Regarding your question: are you open to 3rd party stuff or would you prefer GW parts? And what is the general style you are looking for? Cadian-modern? Catachan-Nam? Feudal? Feral?

I'm open to non-GW parts. I want to keep them looking stylistically like the psykers GW puts out though.

The army is a Konig regiment, grey uniform, tan armour. The standard infantryman is a Cadian with a Victoria miniatures slouch hat.

So, late 19th century German is the overall aesthetic.
