Game plan is as follows:

Dominus, Rangers and Onagers are there to hold the backfield.
Dominus will deploy a scrambler.
Enginseer and Fulgurites will jump into the Terrax.

Vanguard Squads will deploy to the front of the deployment zone, depending on melta distance and terrain might even scout move via Stygies then disembark and jog onto the objectives whereas the Duneriders will either run backwards to screen nasty stuff like penitent engines from getting too easy charges from reservers on the stuff that actually matters, die, explode, weaken the attacker then have them shot to pieces or stay in the midfield to deploy scramblers.

Fulgurites in the Terrax will pop up on a back objective, eliminating the defenders, getting pumped and deny the enemy his primary obj/fire support.
Enginseer will deploy a scrambler while providing rerolling charges for the Fulgurite.
All the while, the Vindicare will hide along a ranger squad and help removing all those tasty T3 4W aura buffers like repentia superiors, priests and other nasty stuff.

Neutronagers will help pop vehicles like rhinos or immolator.
Why Onagers? Because they, unlike a Disintegrator, still have an invuln and potentially survive being shot at by Meltas.

Edit: Revised the list to get rid of the Vindicare and added some cheap screening units. Also changed from stygies to rad saturated.

Well unsurprisingly enough this list tanked HARD.
Like concede after T2 hard. To a rather tame SoB list that had 2 Immolators, a Rhino, Canonness, Palatine and otherwise just some Dominions, Seraphim and Retributors.
So much for going easy... I went way too low and forgot that skitarii are basically, no matter what you do with them, just chaff.

So I came up with a bit of a different list with more of... a bite, lets say.
I currently only own 10 priests, so I had to "sub in" a few of the vanguards to act as toughness reduction. Suboptimal, but at that points level putting in 2 full transports of priests is tough - and we all know that one is none.
