Putting the competitiveness of the list aside, there are a few problems with the list:

- You can only attempt to manifest any given psychic power once per psychic phase, so having 5 copies of jinx/protect is probably a bad idea.
- Your Hemlock Wraithfighters can each take a psychic power from Runes of Battle
- Your army can only have one Warlord
- Taking so many separate detachments will absolutely chew through your command points. Try to minimize the number of detachments you take so you can save as many command points as possible for stratagems.
- You can take one Remnant of Glory for free, on a character of your choice, so you may as well take it somewhere.
- Your detachments need a Craftworld Attribute, which gives that detachment some free extra special rules. These can be found on page 117 of the Craftworlds Codex. You can also create a custom craftworld using rules from Phoenix Rising. Since you're including Illic, you have to make at least the detachment he's in Alaitoc, since he's an Alaitoc character.
- There is no such thing as a Heavy Weapons Squad or Air Support Wing detachment. These should be placed inside your other detachment(s). You can find Detachment organization charts on page 248 of the rulebook.

Thanks so much for your feedback. As you can see I'm very new to the game. This information is extremely helpful. I'll study your advice carefully and apply it in future lists.

May I ask you question? Is it possible to combine my flyers with an army of Harlequins, and would that possibly be competitive? Thanks again!

Absolutely you can! in fact, Mixed Aeldari armies are competitive right now, especially with harlequins. There are two ways you can do this:

Firstly, you can take an "Aeldari" army with one Craftworlds detachment and one Harlequin detachment. Each detachment must consist of ONLY units from their respective factions. Each detachment grants your army access to that faction's stratagems, and their faction rules do not affect the other detachment.

Alternatively, you could take a "Ynnari" army. The Ynnari are a faction of united Aeldari that ditch their usual faction rules in exchange for the Ynnari faction rule which affects all detachments, and access to Ynnari special characters. You still have to separate your detachments into their respective factions, but you DO get access to each faction's stratagems still.
