I haven’t got the codex yet but I am wondering:

Do you have to take an army of demons made only of khorn or slaneesh etc, or can you have an army of demons with pox Walkers and deamonettes for example.

Also if belakor is your warlord, and he is chaos undivided, how doesn’t that affect what units you can choose

Your army will be CHAOS.

Your detachments will be KHORNE, TZEENTCH, NURGLE, SLAANESH and/or CHAOS DAEMONS, your detachments do not all need to be the same, so you can have a NURGLE detachment with Daemons and CSM, a Word Bearers detachment with only CSM and a Slaanesh Daemons detachment with only Slaanesh Daemons.

KHORNE/TZEENTCH/NURGLE/SLAANESH detachments can include non-CHAOS DAEMONS like Chaos Space Marines, Death Guard or Thousand Sons, but if the detachment does not contain anything but CHAOS DAEMONS (so no CSM) you will get an additional aura on characters in the detachment that benefits all DAEMON units with the right mark of chaos (including CSM Daemons from other detachments).

Any detachment that contains only CHAOS DAEMONS gets objective secured on troops in that detachment and gives your whole army access to Chaos Daemons objectives.

Worth noting, however, that both Daemons and CSM will have new codices on the way. May even be soonish?

Probably more than 3 months on both of them, up to 12 I'd say. Souping CSM and Daemons is probably going to turn out to be more or less totally unviable compared with just CSM or just Daemons assuming GW keeps pumping out their stupid Combat Doctrine rules.

Saying that, I would LOVE if there is a rule that you only need every model in the army to have the god keyword for doctrines, so you can have a CSM Khorne Battalion and a Khorne Daemon patrol and both get their doctrines if all CSM are khorne marked? Would be pretty sweet and let me relive some of my 3.5 ed mixed list glory.

I agree, that was my proposal as well when SM doctrines came out that if Chaos was going to get doctrines it should be either having the same god or no god in your list. I might be totally wrong on Chaos soup becoming less viable than mono-CSM or mono-Daemons, it seems like Deathguard might be at least as strong souping as mono. Daemons were part of CSM for a long time so I think it would be really sad to see the two not work together, especially in a fluffy mono-god list.

There are some pretty powerful abilities that each daemon faction gets if you build around a "mono" detachment however. (Locus rules)
"In a Battle-forged army, if a Chaos Daemons Detachment consists only of units with the same Allegiance (see above), then all CHARACTERs in that Detachment gain the corresponding Locus ability. "

So you will often see in 9th a dual detachment dual locus setup as missing out on these benefits can really hamper your ability to fight. For example, in larger games I use nurgle to hold objectives, and khorne to attack my opponent.
