So I’m building a Valdor Tank Hunter, but I’m not sure in what order to put the plastic tracks on it so that it will fit perfectly and I won’t have to end up pulling them all off and trying again. Anyone have any suggestions?

I just finish building mine; start from the back side with a longest(10-12 links), then a medium(8 links), curve area with a couple singles, then a 4 link, and a 2 link just before the area being covered with track guards.

I actually did a literal stop-gap solution and put a piece in between two pieces so it looks complete, but can you tell me honestly if it looks passable?

I would suggest using a bit of modeling putty to dry fit until you get it where you feel good about it.
