I am looking for advice in terms of what Color and types of paints I should use and if needed what paints I would need to mix or layer to get the right colors to match the Draft of a paint scheme I made in Photoshop. Any tips and tricks to also make said colors on the draft look better on a 3d model would also be appreciated. As you can see I am trying to go with a mid-tone grey with a hint of beige for the base color of the armor.

(New to the forum may have trouble uploading the image)
Here is the color Scheme concept:

Find a local shop and just use the range it stocks, there is no brand that is more suitable then others.

Oh Canada!

Easiest way to get the right paints is, as was said, go to your local hobby shop and pick them off a shelf. Buying paint online is a bleepin' bad time if you're looking for particular hues. Judging greys in particular is really hard from a photo. Save yourself some heartache and get eyes on the actual containers.

Warm greys like you've got there are very good at coverage and should be available in virtually any brand.
