There's no vampires in the traditional sense. Hex is the closest so far, but if you're looking for bloodsucking, night-dwelling, undead, they're not in the setting (at least currently).
Some of the miniatures have a vampire feel to them. Could use some of them for Dracula's America and vice versa. I hope the next Hex releases have vampire stats and abilities.
I've actually been using the plastic gangs and some of the resins for my games of Dracula's America. Usually the resins are what I use for the two special fighters each faction gets for their gangs.
