I've sort of been thinking about a 40k SoS list with inquisition support. More of a fluff/modelling project as I'm not at all familiar with 9th edition and how forces are arranged anymore and the cp thing confuses me so I need help.

To that end I'm just wondering is this list at all legally posssible?

Essentially it is an inquisition detachment + a SoS detachment + 3 venerable land raiders (using khardron acquisitors as proxies!). I'm also not averse to re-jiggering and taking some stormtroopers .
