Do they have like 30k versions of videos of the Primarchs, before they died or vanished they show new recruits? I dunno to like remind the recruits of what they are expected to do?

I’m not sure. I’d doubt it, for the most part, but equally I doubt it’s ever been denied.
There is video footage of at least one Primarch, off the top of my head- Kurze.

I mean for Guilliman the Ultramarines used to just have to take aspirants for a walk to see him in the big chair.
Generally, the stories of the Primarchs and other Chapter heroes are told by the Chaplains who are responsible for the "education" of aspirants. Paintings, sculptures, and literary works are how the Imperium records events and people.

Do they have videos in the imperium. I’m sure I have read stories where they play back recorded footage so I’m sure the tech exits but is it used freely? I feel like the imperium wouldn’t allow a technology that allows people to easily spread and archive information that isn’t approved by one authority or the other.

I remember in the first HH novel there is a remembrancer that takes photos and capture the image of a Luna wolf transforming into a demon. The images are destroyed

I wondered why she was taking photos when a more modern, by our standards, way of capturing events would be to film them. Photographer has an equal place along side video for documenting events but filming just isn’t mentioned and isn’t done by another type of remembrancer

Apart from Kurze, there's no surviving audio or video recordings (or even photos) of the Emperor or Primarchs - Guilliman & Bjorn mention in a few places how poor the Imperium's records are of them.
