I recently dug out my old TSR BoB board game, which kinda kickstarted my interest back into wargaming

Although I was never too happy with how often the models got scattered across the board by careless dice rolling, Plus i had always looked at the idea of adding bomber models to the game

I have just started to build up game models on 45 x 45 mm bases ( the size of the board game spaces )

I am putting 2 British fighters to a base , and 1 bomber and 1 fighter to a base for the Germans ( I may look at 2 bombers to a base also ) purely for the visual aspect

of course by doing this it does mean that only 1 base can occupy a square, but to me having combat to occur when adjacent seemed fine,
to counter the British players movement I lowered movement ( British side only) by 1

any thoughts on this ???
