Just thought I'd throw up a few pics of my Kragnos conversion.
It's a relatively easy headswap so I figured others might be interested as the original kit's goofy face and horns seemed to get a lot of flak.
I've got more unpainted wip pics and can go into further detail and a parts list if anyone is interested.
I kept the massive hero rock because of memes but that would be simple to replace too.

Can you imagine, it's some poor peon's job is to haul those massive rocks around so the champion-of-whatever can do their Heroic Pose™ on demand? Conversion looks great!

Excellent conversion!! The original head is way too small. That little head is what we would call in the military as a peanut head. Big body small skull. I doubt Khorne would want that skull for his throne.
