Our Setting is the the World of Acania. On Acania we have (at this Time) the following Factions:

The Empire of Eah
Founded 800 Years ago by Wise Emperors, it was divided after a 80 Years long Civil War into seperate Empires.

The Western Empire
Ruled by the weak Emperor Horathicus III. The Western Part of the Former Eah Empire, also called as "The Empire of the West" or more commonly "The Western Empire". The Western Empire is treated by rising incursions of the Northern Barbarians and Greenskins, which dwells in most of the large Forrest of the Empire. The Western Empire is in decline and his shrinking Imperial Army is more and more filled with Barbarians from the North, while rumors start that the Eastern Brother State plans to conquer it and unify it to recreate the former Empire of Eah.

The Shadow Empire
Former Eastern Part of the divided Eah Empire. Emperor Acadius III. once married High Mage Magharica, the Magister Magica of the Magical Academy of Constantia, the Capital of the Eastern Empire. Unkown to the Emperor, Magharica in truth is a Powerfull Witch and Necromancer, who inflitrated the Academy and trained some of the Students secretly as her Apprentices in Dark Powers. Soon after her marriage she killed the Emperor and to take over the Empire and form her own Dark Realm. Now she started to raise an Army of Undead, to fill up the declining Ranks of the Imperial Army and rumors say that she wants to conquer the Western Empire, while treated by larger and larger growing Armies of the Northern Barbarians and the Eastern Riders. Ironical, the Bodies for Magharucas Undead Army come from the fallen Warriors of Eahs former and conquered Enemies from 800 Years ago.

Northern Barbarians
A collective term for many independent Barbarian Kingdoms, which started to treat the Divided Empire of Eah. Unkown to the Civilized Realms in the South, the Barbarians are treated themself by unholy Powers from the Icy North, which force them to find new Hope in the Former Empire of Eah.

Western Greenskins
Many Goblin Tribes life in the Forrest of Western Acania, treating the Divided Emprie of Eah.

Eastern Raiders
The Eastern cousins fo the Western Greenskins, their Wolf Rider Hordes treating the Empire of Eah since Centuries, but now they're rising in Power and Numbers.

Mountan Kings
Old are the Dwarfen Kingdoms, which can be found in all Mountains of Acania, some of them have important and long langsting Contracts of Oaths of Trade and Friendship with the Empire of Eah. Many High Kings of the Dwarf are willing to help the Western Empire in their Wars against the Northern Barbarians, Goblin Tribes and the growing treats of the former Eastern Part, knwoning, that the End of Empires will bring the End of their own Realms.

Necromancer Counsil
Unkwon to the Civilized People of the South, 300 Years ago, mighty Necromancer started to form a unholy Counsil and started to treat the socalled Northern Barbarians. No one knows what they plan, but they want revenge from those, how once banished them.

Elven Kingdoms
In the South of Acania, there lies the Elven Kingdoms, from which the Kingdom of Elona is the greatest and most Powerful. Elonas is a former Allie of the Empire of Eah, but the rising shadows in the East will maybe bring them to renew old Friendships
